Solution briefAbout

The installer behind the film.

Window Tint Philly is the Philadelphia commercial arm of Shore Tint & More, a second-generation architectural window film company established in 1989.

3M manufactures the film. We are the installer: we identify the glass, specify the product against it, sequence the work around an occupied building and document what was installed.

01

Commercial first

Our work is offices, healthcare, schools, retail, government and managed property portfolios. That focus decides how we scope: by elevation and opening, with access, phasing and documentation treated as part of the job rather than an afterthought.

02

Manufacturer and installer are not the same thing

Product performance figures come from 3M and are always stated against a specific glass configuration. What we bring is the judgment about which film belongs on your glass — including when film is the wrong answer.

Security film retains broken glass and can slow forced entry as part of a complete tested system. It is not bulletproof glazing.

03

Regional experience, honestly labeled

Our documented projects are Mid-Atlantic commercial and institutional buildings and are published as representative regional experience. We do not present regional work as Philadelphia work.

Common questions

Straight answers

Are you a 3M dealer?
We install 3M commercial architectural window film. Product data, specifications and warranty documentation come from the manufacturer.
Do you do residential work?
Our focus is commercial and institutional buildings. Residential inquiries are handled by the same team but are not the core of this business.

Next step

Send the glass, the elevation and the complaint.

Site survey for existing buildings, plan review for projects in design. Either way the first conversation is about the glass.
