3M FASARA Glass Finishes

A designed library of patterns applied to existing interior glass. The dense frosts read close to etched glass; the linens and textiles bring a material quality; the geometrics and gradients allow a floor plate to carry a consistent visual language across every partition.

Against etched, sandblasted or frit glass, it delivers a comparable read on glass that is already installed, on a fit-out schedule, at lower cost, and it can be removed at lease end.

Band heights should relate to seated and standing sightlines and to the furniture, not to a default dimension. Seams need to fall where they are least visible. Patterns must align across adjacent lites and around mullions, and layout should be confirmed on the actual glass before anything is cut.

Where partition elevations exist we mark the layout against them and return it for approval before installation.

Patterns cannot be judged from a swatch — a 4-inch sample reads nothing like a full-height lite. We provide physical samples and, where the project warrants it, mock up on the actual glass so the design team sees the pattern at scale in the building's own light.

Decorative work is visual, and the portfolio is structured so completed Philadelphia projects can be added continuously with images, product, glass type and scope recorded per project.
