A conventional reflective film mirrors on both faces, which makes an occupied floor feel like it sits behind a mirror after dark. A dual-reflective construction reduces interior reflectivity so the outward view is preserved while the exterior still screens during daylight.

Daytime privacy remains lighting-dependent. Once the interior is brighter than the exterior, the screening reverses. That is true of every reflective film and we state it in every proposal.

Service centers, storefronts, overhead glass doors, west-facing glazing, ground-floor office glass overlooked from the street, and high-solar-load commercial areas where comfort matters more than keeping the facade unchanged.

Regional project example: Delmarva RV Center in Milford, Delaware — approximately 440 square feet of 3M Night Vision 15 on large glass overhead doors, where heat and glare reduction with outward visibility was the goal. That is a regional project, not a Philadelphia one.

Reflectivity and color read completely differently on a sample card than on a full-height lite in daylight, so a mock-up on the actual elevation is worth the visit on any large project.

Where only part of a building is being treated, we plan phasing so treated and untreated glass do not sit side by side on the same street frontage.

Interior application, no glazing replacement, and installation can run overnight in retail and service environments. Cleaning is ordinary non-abrasive glass maintenance.

The product installed is documented by elevation at closeout so later phases can match.
