Corporate office glazing generating perimeter heat and screen glare on staff working at monitors near the exterior wall.
Roughly 5,000 square feet of commercial window film across regional Chase facilities, applied from the interior on occupied floors.

Charter school seeking to harden existing entry and ground-floor glazing without replacing openings or changing the appearance of the building.
Safety and security film retrofitted to existing glazing and framing, scoped by opening so funding concentrated on the glass that sits on a realistic entry path.

District glazing needing added privacy and a glass-retention upgrade on existing openings, without replacing windows or doors.
Privacy and safety/security film retrofitted to existing glazing, with 3M impact protection attachment (IPA) applied around the perimeter of the treated openings so the film is anchored to the frame rather than the glass alone.

District-level security film program across multiple school buildings with different ages, glazing types and framing conditions.
Openings surveyed building by building, with the specification locked at the first phase so subsequent buildings matched, and installation phased across break periods.

A healthcare training facility in a former retail/pharmacy building with older single-pane storefront glazing and no solar control, producing severe glare on trainees and computer monitors.
Approximately 400 square feet of 5% reflective solar control film on the storefront glazing, bringing glare down to a workable level while keeping the space daylit.
Commercial / service — Milford, DE
Large glass service-bay and overhead doors driving heat and glare into the work bays, with outward visibility that had to be retained.
Approximately 440 square feet of 3M Night Vision 15 applied to the large glass service-bay and overhead doors — major heat and glare reduction while keeping the view out.
Retail / food service — Regional, Mid-Atlantic
Drive-thru and front-of-house glazing exposing employee workstations, POS and computer equipment to direct solar heat, glare and visible light, across a regional group of restaurants.
3M Night Vision 25 reflective solar control film specified for drive-thru glazing and applied across 20+ regional locations. Many installations were performed after hours or overnight to reduce operational disruption.
